SHIPPING & CURBSIDE PICK UP
Please note, we are a small business with a small team. We usually ship once a week. If you need something rushed or need a signature required, we are happy to accomodate. Please email us at hello.captainoko@gmail.com with your specifications. 
All Domestic US shipping is through UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Point Reyes Station, CA. Domestic shipping costs are calculated by weight.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed--it will include your order number and tracking info. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
COVID 19 DISCLAIMER: 
Due to Covid-19, our carriers (UPS, USPS) are experiencing significant delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. Our shipping carriers will not refund for expedited shipping that arrives outside of the estimated window. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP: 
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we are available for curbside pick up Thurs-Fri 12-6 / Sat 12-7 / Sun 12-5. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
