Refund policy


We gladly offer ONE WEEK EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT.
                            Store credit can be used both in-store and online.                                    DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Terms on exchanges:
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original unworn, unwashed condition.  Please note all original tags must be attached.  If an item appears visually weathered, it cannot be accepted for exchange.  If you have a specific issue with a purchase, kindly contact us at 415-720-0434 or
reachoku@oku.design to notify us.  It is our sincere hope you love our quality, bespoke items. 

For online orders, items must be shipped back within 5 business days
of receipt.  We reserve the right to request proof of shipment date. Customers are responsible for the
cost of all return shipments. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full store credit will only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged.   

 We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.


FURNISHINGS IN STORE POLICY: One week return allowance for IN-STORE CREDIT with approval by management.

ART MEMOS FOR CUSTOMERS: One week return allowance for credit card refund, $100 restocking fee. A transport waiver must be signed for smaller pieces of artwork. Large pieces will be delivered and handled by Management. Delivery will be priced based on zip code and travel time at the time of purchase.
DESIGN MEMOS: Trade Clients may take items out on DESIGN MEMO REVIEW with 100% payment-with a one week approval-agreement with our management.  RE-stocking fees apply after 7 days and are 30% of price. 
PHOTO SHOOTS:  30% rental for 4 days.  Specific Terms Apply.
